The spot was perfect, the staff were very attentive, the room cozy and the small terrace was a nice bonus, though there was a bit of noise from the record shop in the courtyard, but the music was good!

The location is close to Arequipa’s Plaza de Armas, great for early‑morning tours. The stairs are very steep, and staff offer no help with luggage. Access to the triple rooms is via a poorly designed staircase. The staff give no info on transfers, food, or city activities. The terrace is neglected.

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help throughout the stay. The location is great, just a 5‑minute walk from Praça de Armas, making it easy to reach the main sights, restaurants, and shops nearby. However, the room had a moldy smell that made the space uncomfortable, and the bathroom carried a strong, unpleasant odor. The shower pressure was low, with little water, and the temperature never warmed up enough. A thin curtain on the glass window let in too much light early in the morning. At night, the music from nearby bars and nightclubs was very loud, disrupting sleep and ruining rest.
