Nice rooms, very central location, welcome drinks and snacks, great value for money, perfect for a short city break, but the heating didn’t work, probably because the outside temperature was still warm.

The hotel is superbly located and very nice, the room is great, the bed is very comfortable and the cleaning is also very good, there are several parking spots in the area so that’s not a problem.

The hotel used to have shared rooms but now they’ve switched everything to private rooms; great location, the extra‑large bed is very comfortable, the room’s beautiful décor made us love it, and they welcomed us with a small gift in the room (candy) and other thoughtful details. I must highlight the friendliness and cheerfulness of the brunette receptionist who was almost always there and ready to help. On the last day check‑out was at 11 am, so we asked a new man at reception if we could leave our bags for a short while to go to breakfast, but we didn’t get the answer we wanted. With the change in the hotel, the receptionist changed too; the previous lady was a delight, and I hope they keep that in mind.

Breakfast and Ana’s good service at reception were the only good things about the stay, but I had to share the room with four unruly people who didn’t let me sleep; I asked for a room change but it wasn’t possible.
