The place was clean, the staff worked kindly and gently—especially Mr. Osama. A great choice for staying in the mid‑town.

The staff are wonderful, very nice guys who are always ready to help. The city itself is rather unclean, and the hostels reflect that. This hostel could improve its cleaning; the entrance downstairs and kitchen area could be tidier. It would also help if there were better access to cooking facilities, as the kitchen is too small and unclean.
