“Obras sin avisarme y ningún detalle ni rebaja”

The place was quiet, but the ongoing construction ruined it. The entire restaurant and kitchen were under renovation, as was the café, all with dust everywhere. They should have closed it; they didn't tell us or offer any discount, and had no attention to detail. Also no air conditioning… new owners… disaster.

“No volveré”

I stayed at several hotels in Teruel province, never one like this. I arrived to find the bar‑restaurant under renovation, with bricklayers and plumbers working—something not mentioned when I booked. In the room, the TV had no signal, no channels, so I told the manager who said he'd inform the 'old owner' who knows these things. He and another partner had bought the business. I asked for a discount because the TV didn't work; he said his boss didn't give discounts, so he didn't either. The TV was never mentioned by the 'old owner'. The room was basic, outdated, poorly maintained. The bathroom trash bin still held the previous guest's rubbish. Construction noise, overpriced for what they offer. I won't return.
