The rates, facilities, staff and rooms were excellent, yet my room faced the car park and the staff supply room, so I heard a bit of noise from those two sources at night, which is normal for Bali.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was good; after being dissatisfied with my room, the staff tried hard to get me a better one and I was very satisfied with the new room. Initially I was given a dark room next to the kitchen that seemed much smaller than the photos.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and well kept, and the pool and garden were nice.
