“Awesome stay.”
Food, breakfast spread, gym, pool, staff, cleanliness. End-of-bed bench (at the foot of bed) nearer to the bathroom was too close to the bathroom, and so its corner foot was being painfully struck by our foot due when traversing that place. Toilet seat cover was loose. We had booked a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 persons, but sleeping 2 adults in one bed was uncomfortable, so I would book differently next time if 3 of us are travelling

The staff were friendly, the facilities were solid, and everything else was great.
“Spacious room and great lounge but not upto marriott standards”
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the lounge was good—though I only used it for one evening. The view from the room was nice, and the housekeeping guy—Subhasish, if I recall correctly—was very nice. However, a staff member told me not to go to the lounge for breakfast because a marriage group would be there, even though no one was present for the whole hour I was there. During room service, the staff pressed the doorbell while my room was set to DND; we requested tea at 11:00 PM and he arrived at 11:30 PM to deliver and take payment, then came back around 12:00 AM to knock on the door again, which I didn’t expect from Marriott. The common areas had a mouldy smell, and outside 2715 there was a damp section of carpet that remained unattended for hours before they finally put some towels over it.
The bath fittings were old and rusted, and the room could have been better.

The restaurant staff, the front desk team, and housekeeping were all nice and helpful, especially with my kids; they even kept the forgotten toys in the restaurant. The only downside was that the pool could use a baby pool section for the children.
