The breakfast was decent, yet the bartender tricked us twice—placing drinks in our room that we never ordered. We paid for a bottle of wine in cash, only to see it added to our bill the next day; it wasn’t an error, it was theft. When we reported it to reception, they seemed aware and other guests had complained at the same time, so it felt like a coordinated scam.
