The peace and the view from the terrace were great. The exterior structure needs some work.

The location was fabulous, the rooftop was great for watching the sunset, and the nearby beaches were amazing—try the beach down by the Island. Giuseppe was a fantastic host; ask him for restaurant recommendations, and the farm eatery was amazing.

The owner, Giuseppe, made us feel at home right from the start, especially given the bad weather that hit us on the way, ensuring we arrived calmly and with great care. The property is spotless, located in a quiet spot just a few minutes by car from the city center. The terrace is lovely; even on bad days we went up to check it out, and on better days it becomes a perfect spot for observation and relaxation with pools, loungers, and sofas. The little garden with a veranda is also nice. The quality‑price ratio is very respectable.

The parking at the accommodation is hassle‑free, and the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view. The room is clean. The beach is lovely and suitable for snorkeling. The accommodation is far from the sea, requiring a daily commute (daily parking costs 5 €). The property is older but adequate. The owner tries to be communicative, but it doesn’t go very well. Food has to be fetched by car. Nothing is provided on site. Breakfast is simply awful – stale biscuits, croissants in a bag, sometimes jam.
