The hotel's name change from what I booked didn't exactly make my life easier, but the room itself was a nice surprise - it looked modern, despite having some pretty noticeable damage. However, it was super loud and had some pretty gross moldy gaps in the walls. To top it all off, the staff weren't exactly super helpful.

I was really pleased with the hotel's proximity to CBE station - it was a huge plus for me since I had light luggage and didn't want to deal with public transport. The staff were also super helpful, always ready to lend a hand or answer any questions I had. The bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, which was a big relief. Unfortunately, the hotel's location on the booking site was way off - it was nowhere near what I was expecting.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was my stay at this place. The location was decent, but the smell in the room was absolutely appalling - I'm talking stinky carpets, moldy walls, the whole nine yards. The staff seemed friendly enough, but I got the impression they were winging it, especially when I asked about check-out time and got different answers from different people. It was like they made it up as they went along.
