Everything in the room was fine, especially the shower. Lunch and breakfast were cold, which was very disappointing.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and the room was clean. The receptionist was very unfriendly; she told me there was no hair dryer and suggested I bring my own, but I eventually got one from housekeeping. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but I skipped it because of the smell in the breakfast room. Service at the downstairs restaurant was very slow. The stairs to the room were a bit of a climb and no help with luggage was offered. The furniture made the area noisy.

The location and value were good. We weren’t ready at check‑in time, and the room they gave us was filthy, with dirty dishes and unmade beds.
