The location is quiet outside the city and the villas are very comfortable with their own kitchens, while the staff are attentive and helpful and the restaurant is fairly good, though a little patience helps; we spent two days there and it’s a solid choice if you don’t want to stay in town, and the pool is clean. Access had to be arranged in advance via WhatsApp or phone, and most communication also went through WhatsApp, and it wasn’t always completely silent.

I loved the hotel's facilities, especially the sauna and pool - they were a great way to unwind. However, I did feel like the main glass partition and door could've used some curtains or tinting for more privacy.

“Lindas instalaciones . Personal muy amable”

The hotel's facilities and staff were amazing, but we had a bit of a hiccup when the power went out at night and they didn't have a backup generator. That's the only reason I didn't give it a full score.

“Agradable”

I was really impressed with the modern facilities and friendly staff - Jhonder, in particular, was super attentive and helpful. That being said, I found it a bit inconvenient that there wasn't a reception area for checking in and out, and no phones to call for requests once I was in the loft. Having to go all the way to the restaurant to ask for something was a bit of a hassle, and I didn't love having to show my ID in person at the gate.
