“Bella posizione, cordialità e qualcosa da rivedere in riferimento alla struttura”

The hotel’s location and its internal, monitored parking were convenient. Breakfast was decent, with pastries fine but the savory options could use improvement. Reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. On the day of checkout, they let us keep the room a few hours past the usual time, which let us enjoy the front‑facing Guitigia beach until the very end. The property felt a bit neglected overall; the bathroom ceiling light that was broken on day two stayed unfixed even on the final day. Exterior cleanliness also left room for improvement.

Personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione buona. Dovendo partire alle 12 ci hanno lasciato la camera disponibile. La camera non è certo da 4 stelle. Necessita di interventi di ammodernamento. In particolare l'isolamento acustico, il bagno ( specchio rovinato e doccino senza guarnizione) e la terribile tapparella effetto terremoto

The location is unbeatable, the staff—every single one—was absolutely delightful, kind, and helpful, a rarity in so few places, yet the building needs a nice facelift; the room I stayed in fit my needs perfectly and was spotless, but the bathroom and furnishings were truly outdated.
