“endroit très cosy, propre, situé à 4 pas de la cathédrale”

Everything was perfect, thanks to the courteous staff at reception. The issue wasn’t with the hotel but with the booking system: I had selected the filter “hotel + breakfast,” so I was sure the price I was shown at booking included breakfast, but it turned out to be an optional extra. If you don’t take screenshots, you’ll have no proof of what was included when you paid.

“Enjoyed Bayeux and would come again and more than likely stay in same hotel”

The room was a decent size, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean and roomy, and breakfast was excellent; the location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and the hotel was easy to spot. Parking was available nearby, free from 7 pm until 9 am the next day, and free on Sundays, though the hotel itself had no parking, which we chose anyway.

“Would have been happy to stay longer. Bayeux looks an interesting place to explore.”

I liked the central spot and the comfy bed, and the breakfast was decent, but there was no parking on the property, so I had to pay for a nearby car park.
