The staff were friendly and the service was great, plus you could store your luggage late into the night. Breakfast and the rooftop terrace were nice, and the air‑conditioning worked well. However, there was no separate shower—just a tub/shower combo—and the toilet was old with low water pressure.

The location was spot‑on, right on foot to restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The shower was a bit confusing; I had trouble figuring out how to adjust the temperature since it didn’t have standard taps.

A very good hotel in District 1, not right in the tourist hub but in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and local food spots. Walking Street, the post office and other sights are easily reachable on foot; otherwise Grab is hassle‑free and cheap. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well‑furnished. A real highlight was the beautiful rooftop pool with a bar and city views. The lobby was modern and appealing. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a huge selection of Vietnamese and international dishes, even fresh sushi. Egg dishes were made fresh to order, and the coffee was unusually good for a hotel breakfast—great beans with a slight chocolate note. Another big plus was the daily tea time from 14 to 16 hours, featuring a rich spread of snacks, tea, coffee, and juices—a truly nice extra. On the downside, some of the side‑located double rooms on the lower floors have almost no view or even look straight at the neighbouring building because of construction. If you value a view and plenty of daylight, ask for a room in a better location when booking.

The hotel is very well located, the room is comfortable, and the rooftop is very nice—a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was average.
