The bed was clean. We were first put in the wrong room, then moved to the room we originally booked. When we entered that room we saw there was no toilet seat, which was useless for us two girls.

The walls had writing on them, the place hadn't been cleaned, the shower was blocked and almost flooded, the bathroom vent was filthy, there was no seat on the toilet, holes in the wall, old food on the floor, curtain rails were falling off so I had to fix them, paint was peeling from the walls and doorframes, dirty marks all over the walls, no toilet paper, the bed wheels were broken, the kettle was downstairs, and the whole place smelled like cannabis. When I tried to call the owners, they only answered after I rang five or six times and the woman was rude and abrupt with me; I have photos and video evidence.

They turned us away at check‑in because they couldn’t accommodate us. The hosts didn’t answer phone calls so we couldn’t access the property, then they messaged me to say they couldn’t accommodate because they had over‑booked, leaving two young girls stranded after a concert with nowhere to go.
