I was on level 7 and still could hear traffic at night, which was a real nuisance.

The location is good and the staff are great, but the room smelled like a cigar, had no aircon, and I had to be moved to another room; the new room had a defective telephone and was too noisy because it was near a KTV bar.

The room was big and the mall was right opposite, making it easy to get food, but there were three cockroaches in the room so I don't think it was very clean, and room service never came to make the bed or change towels during my stay.

The hotel is affordable, but Chinese guests smoked inside the hotel—inside the hallway, the lobby, and the corridors—so the place smelled like an ashtray and it seemed the staff didn't mind, which is why I won't come back.
