The AC never worked; a technician came but it shut off again, making our stay very uncomfortable. The patio railing and sliding door handle were filthy. My sister asked the housekeeper to change the sheet, but she spilled coffee. When we returned, the beds were made but not neatly; the pillows were on the floor for both beds. I brought my sister for a mini vacation, and the lack of air and room cleanliness left a bad taste in our mouths. Refund.

The room was stunning, impeccably clean, and offered an amazing view. The only downside was the limited food and drink options available at the hotel.

The pool area and room were lovely. However, the room’s cleanliness was non‑existent: the bed was only occasionally made, we received clean towels daily, but the sink, bath, shower, floor, balcony, and even dirty cups were left uncleaned. It’s a shame that this was the only let‑down, yet it was a major part of the stay. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she would contact me, but she never did. If this were my hotel, I would want to know what’s going on!

The interior really looked great, but the pool felt like a public parking lot with a lot of people drinking and kids running around; it was hard to find a spot in the water and it seemed like non‑guests were using it and paying for drinks.

I loved the amenities—beautiful pool, veranda, and the staff were excellent and welcoming. The room was nice with a patio that offered a view, and the location was fantastic. However, the pool needed a deep clean; tiles were missing and green algae appeared along the cement edges. The hotel’s interior could use a thorough cleaning too—while the woodwork and grand hallways were impressive, the baseboards were visibly dirty.
