“Pensjonat a nie hotel”
The location was very good, yet the stay left a lot to be desired: the bedding wasn’t clean enough, the bathroom lacked basic soap and the hot water took ages to arrive, the parking that seemed like a guest perk turned out to be an extra charge for Booking customers, and the place feels more like an old mountain guesthouse than a proper hotel, making the “hotel” label and price feel exaggerated.
Everything was fine.
The location is very good, close to the city center and the Łomnica dam, plus other walking routes, yet you can’t hear much traffic because the hotel sits on a side street. The service was very good.

It’s close to the centre and offers beautiful views, but being on the third floor meant sharing a balcony with a neighbor who was smoking.

Breakfast was below standard; I travel a lot for work, but this time the food was very poor, the lowest quality products, awful coffee, and the only bright spot was the scrambled eggs. The staff didn’t replenish items that other guests had already eaten. The corridors were messy with overflowing trash bins on half the floors, and when I pointed it out, a young front‑desk person, with great “kindness,” said she would personally handle it.
