Everything we needed was available, making it an ideal stopover for anyone cycling the Kyll route; Gert‑Jan was a friendly host who was ready to help or arrange transport, and for a great breakfast you could visit the bakery just a few doors away; at Hotel Zur Krone in Birresdorf you could dine in the evening, enjoy good service, and pay very reasonable prices.

The vacation house was spacious and beautiful, located on a fantastic spot with Trier and Luxembourg City nearby, plenty of supermarkets in the area, and the surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful, with no issues.
