Hello, we are not satisfied with the accommodation. When booking through Booking, we had no exact information that we would be assigned a ground‑floor room with such a balcony. We expected a balcony on an upper floor.

The hotel's gardens were stunning, immaculately maintained and especially beautiful with the autumn foliage. It's a very quiet location, and the sound of birds chirping in the morning is lovely. However, given the hotel's age - over 100 years old - it's no surprise that it needs some modernizing. But that's also part of its charm.

The location is stunning, and the surroundings are perfect for a relaxing walk. However, the dinner was a bit of a letdown. The hotel's beautiful scenery and soothing atmosphere are definitely a plus, but the food could be improved.

For the price, I was expecting a lot more. Luckily, the room was clean, but that's about where the positives end. Everything else was subpar, and the price was way too high. I'd never stay here again.
