We booked a panoramic apartment for our family, but none of the hotel restaurants accepted dinner reservations, so we had to wander with two kids around nearby venues. We were very disappointed, especially our daughter who had a birthday.

“Safe choice in the town.”

The facilities and food were good, but the hotel had a musty odor that could use a good airing. Some staff were very friendly, others were rather miserable.

“Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung auch für längeren Urlaub”

The unit was very large, more like a suite, everything was spotless and well maintained, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast spread was comprehensive and excellent, Wi‑Fi was fast and stable, parking on the premises was safe, the location was great for hiking, the outdoor pool had a beautiful mountain view, and the restaurants nearby were very good. The only downside was that at full capacity there is only one coffee machine at breakfast, which is definitely insufficient.

“Приятен престой в Белоградчик”

The staff were very courteous, the apartment offered a lovely view of the Belogradchik rocks, there were four types of fruit, small and large pancakes, and the coffee at breakfast was delicious. The restaurant “Magura” was great. The only issue was that the radio in the breakfast restaurant kept playing and was annoying.

“Traumhaft!”

The location and view are outstanding; the room and pool overlook the cliffs, and all sights are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the soap and shampoo are very good. The downside is there is no light switch at the bed, and the hotel has almost no signage, let alone in English (pool, breakfast room, etc.).
