“Great family hotel.”

I love the location because it’s a few streets back from the main streets, so it’s in a quiet area. The individual villas were very spacious and gave you lots of room, which is great. The entertainment improved a lot since last year and there was a wide variety of activities for everyone throughout the day. The main issue with the property is that you have to pay for Wi‑Fi per device, which feels crazy for a family hotel where a family would likely have multiple devices. I also found the food very repetitive; lunch was always the previous evening’s leftovers, so I struggled to find something to eat most lunches. I never ate from the BBQ because we saw a ‘chef’ use the same gloves to handle raw and cooked meat at the same time.

“Calidad precio buena”

The place needs more cleaning, and there was no air conditioning throughout the stay.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but some non‑Spanish guests were allowed to behave however they wanted, even if they bothered others, and when staff tried to address the issue, they just kept going on.

This is our second visit and we appreciate the staff’s kindness and how comfortable they make you feel, but we didn’t like that the meal and dinner times were too early and that on certain days there isn’t much variety to choose from.

Hotel confortable, familiar. Bungalows grandes y la limpieza un 10. Es un complejo muy orientado a los extranjeros. Muchos de los empleados no hablan español. A los extranjeros se les permite hacer desmadre donde quieren y cuando quieren. El bar piscina muy escaso de comida y poca higiene
