The staff were great and the vibe was warm and welcoming. The only hiccup was the shower water flow, which was a bit weak.

Everything was lovely—great room, a wonderful stay, truly a spectacle. Jimena was always attentive, beautiful, and kind. We left with a bittersweet feeling.
