The location was pretty good, but that's where it ended.
The evening meals were really good, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our stay nice.

We couldn’t eat on site, and the bar should open earlier.
The hotel was charming, the setting beautiful, and the staff, especially the person who welcomed us, were very professional.

The view was nice, a staff member spoke Italian, and that was it. The pillow was flat and uncomfortable, there was black mold on the bathroom tiles, the spa was under renovation and no one warned us before arrival, loud drunken guests screamed from 23:00 to 02:00 in the lobby with no one stopping them, breakfast lacked grilled bread, staff didn’t even ask if we needed anything, a man with headphones said he didn’t want to work, the breakfast products were mediocre, no jam, and I could list more but I’m too tired to write.
