First off, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve had across Japan, with a very high standard and a huge variety. The hotel facilities were excellent and my room was lovely, clean and modern. Nothing else to note, I loved everything.

The drinks were unlimited until 17:00, and every staff member greeted us warmly. Nothing else to note.
