The hotel’s location, the nearby excellent restaurant, and the presence of a pool were positives, but during the heatwave there was no air‑conditioning, making it hellish, and the bedding was far from comfortable.

The shower head was disgusting, the headboard had stains on it, and the floor and bedside tables were also stained; the only self‑service dispenser was broken. We tried to contact the on‑call staff at 10 pm with no answer (direct voicemail), and the same number tried to reach us at 1 am.
