The food is delicious. The location is very cool, you’re right in front of the beach. It would be great to receive information about activities and nearby sites to visit. It’s important to improve the service culture on the Caribbean coast of Colombia; it’s a common factor that people don’t feel well attended to. I think empathy and closeness of the staff to visitors are important.

The food was very tasty and the staff were friendly, plus the balcony of our room offered a beautiful view. However, the area had many abandoned huts and the sand was dirty and full of plastic.

Lolilu was really friendly and tried to help, but after the February storm the place was a mess—dirty pool, litter everywhere, and the photos look nothing like it now.
