Only the location is good, it’s in a central area and the service is decent. But it was very noisy, the beds were hard, pillows horrible, the bathroom was poor, and the blankets had a smell.

The staff, especially Mr. Oliveira, was very attentive, but the bathroom was separate from the room, which still felt individual.
