The location couldn’t have been better. The hotel is old and very worn out; you can hear people talking through the walls and when someone snores you hear it too. The morning staff were not worth writing home about. It was exactly the same for 11 days and there wasn’t a single new thing at all during the whole stay. We’ve traveled with you many times, and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. Unfortunately

They swapped our room for a better one with sea views, a jacuzzi, a fridge, and a huge size. Everything was very clean, the staff were good, and the breakfast was quite complete. We will definitely come back.

We really liked the location and every staff member at the hotel is incredibly friendly, from the receptionists to the person who brought us the cleaning (Montse). The downside is that there is no fridge, so the drinking water is always hot in these temperatures, and the mattress on one of the beds felt a little soft.
