I stayed at this hotel and found it to be extremely quiet, which was perfect for me. However, I didn't have any particular complaints or issues during my stay, everything seemed to be fine.

I had a truly horrific experience at this hotel, which completely ruined my vacation. The front desk staff member was incredibly unprofessional, deceitful, and threatening. She intentionally overcharged my credit card and lied about it, then became aggressive and hostile when I confronted her. To make matters worse, she gave me a room right next to a loud nightclub that played music until 7 a.m., making it impossible for me to sleep. I felt humiliated, unsafe, and powerless throughout my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which offered a beautiful and well-maintained property, delicious food, and friendly service. A lovely touch was the warm hot water bottle provided in bed after dinner, a thoughtful detail that made my stay even more enjoyable.
