“A pleasant city hotel under professional management”
The staff behaved very professionally, clearly reflecting solid hospitality training in the area. The restaurant served a wide range of dishes and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The three rooms our family used were spacious and very clean, and when we requested a change, it was provided right away. One of the rooms we got had a bad smell around the bathroom, but the porter offered to contact reception for a different room immediately. Guests should carefully verify the total number of guests in their reservation; if it’s wrong, cancel and rebook because the reception will charge steep rates for extra guests. In our case, we entered all guest names but couldn’t update the total online. When we checked out, the reception refused to accept our surcharge rate and demanded an overpriced fee instead.
