We stay here all the time. The location is perfect. The facilities are always clean, staff is friendly and the bed is super comfy! 😄
“Comfortable Kind Motel in the Affordable End of Cape Cod”
The beds were incredibly comfortable, probably pillow‑top. Staff was wonderfully kind, especially during an emergency at 6.30 AM. The shower curtain was rather thin, the tub had a little mildew, and you can’t choose your neighbors, but the interesting character two doors down made for a lively stay.
“I wouldn't go back”
Location and the first glance are beautiful. A musty smell in the room triggered my allergies. The people in the next room talked loudly and drank outside; I asked staff to speak to them, but even after he told them to keep their voices down we still couldn’t sleep. Two men with deep voices laughed past 10 PM and nothing was done about it. Landscaping work started at 7 AM on a Sunday. The bathroom cleaning left a lot to be desired: the smell was unpleasant and there were marks in the corners showing it hadn’t been fully cleaned. It’s a place that’s really only good for sleeping—and even then, only if you don’t have neighbors disturbing you.
