The place was cheap and good value, and there were no complaints.

The price was low, but the owner didn’t even know the Wi‑Fi password—after trying, I discovered the username and password were identical. The air‑con was a window unit, old and noisy. The power outlets were inconvenient, and there was only one bar of soap; everything else was almost nonexistent. I had to ask the owner for bottled water, and if I boiled tap water it had a chlorine taste. The bathroom was a cramped corner converted from a staircase, so it was very small and awkward. It’s only a few streets away from a better value room, so the overall price‑performance and reviews would be higher there.
