This was my second visit to Airone, and again I found it clean, fairly quiet, and comfortable. Check‑in was smooth and easy, shared facilities are adequate, and the hotel sits right in the CBD with plenty of great spots to eat and grab coffee.

The staff were quick to respond, even replying when I forgot my key card at midnight. However, the capsule room had an odd odor, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the soap dispenser at the sink never got refilled, giving the impression the men's bathroom was never cleaned.

I appreciated the privacy and the central location in Hobart, and the lady working there was lovely. The toilets weren’t cleaned regularly, and the man in room 2—who the owner or receptionist said would help—was unhelpful; when I asked him about the key card and the water, he ignored me the first time and claimed he knew nothing about the water.
