“Enjoyed my stay and wont let the comments misslead me again”
I was hesitant because of the reviews on both the site and Google Maps, but I regret booking only 4 nights instead of at least 5. They checked us in early since our rooms were ready and started the day with a delicious late breakfast. I have to say this resort offers the best all‑inclusive concept among similar resorts in the region; the snack bar is its own buffet, whereas other resorts only serve burgers, pizza, and nuggets, but here you get a full menu plus a rich salad bar. The vitamin bar crew were very attentive; I smoked shisha three times, and each time Umut surprised me with a perfect flavour. The staff are very professional and pay attention to our requests. Cleanliness is a top priority: from early morning the cleaning staff start shining the place. I will definitely visit again if they keep the same quality of service in the future. The hotel was spotless overall, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining the common areas daily. However, the pool itself wasn’t as clean as expected. Although the pool area was tidied every evening, sand stains remained at the bottom of the pool, likely because some guests entered directly after the beach without rinsing off. Another drawback was the poor sound insulation between rooms; in the bathroom I could literally hear everything from the neighboring room.
