We were a family with kids and the staff was super considerate of our needs, like letting us know when the bathroom was free. It made our stay really comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, and we appreciated it.

We stayed in a tatami room, which was spotless and had nice mats that didn't get caught on our socks. The room was cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was shared, which was a bit of a bummer.

The bathroom was huge, which was a plus. But, if you changed the angle, you could see right into the room from outside, which was a bit of a weird design choice.
