The staff were friendly and check‑in/out went quickly because I did pre‑register. No alarm clock, privacy curtains didn’t fully close, and the breakfast was VERY limited.

The staff were absolutely accommodating for our needs. We stayed in Room 109 and all of the outlets need to be replaced because they did not hold the plug for power.

I liked the variety of food options and the great dining area, but there were no gluten‑free choices for my wife, who might join me on a future trip to Phillips.

My room was spotless and the bed super comfy, breakfast had awesome options, and the evening desk lady was incredibly helpful—though I can’t recall her name, she truly went above and beyond. Super 8 in Phillips, Wisconsin, was great.
