The rooms feel very old, and the door has a hole—check room 138 for a view. The garden was better before, but they never looked at it. Food was scarce, the former restaurant manager was more disciplined, and this time we didn't like anything. Even the milk desserts were sugar‑free and really lacking; hopefully it improves.

It was a lovely time, perfect for families, with very good, helpful, and friendly staff; I'd love to vacation here again and recommend it. The beach umbrellas are old and broken, can't be adjusted, and there's no shower on the beach; you have to go into the hotel, and the neighboring hotel only offers a shower for its guests. Bottom line: a bit of investment wouldn't hurt—9 out of 10, minus one point for these shortcomings.

The environment is calm near the center and actually right by the sea. The staff are extremely courteous and professional, still kind and helpful even under heavy workloads. This is my second stay and I will definitely return. I can't say it was unpleasant, but I would definitely suggest replacing the beach umbrellas—they're small, old, and don't provide adequate protection during big waves, and the beach chairs are also older. I recommend an upgrade of the beach equipment.

We loved how peaceful the hotel was, surrounded by greenery, with nice, helpful, kind staff that made our stay pleasant. The beach was close, well maintained, and the sea was perfect with a sandy bottom. Oh my goodness, the food was tasty! If I could, I'd definitely choose to stay again. Thank you, everyone! From previous reviews I expected mostly German guests, but that wasn't the case; I was surprised by the majority of Czech and Slovak guests.
