“Good location, but cleanliness needs improvement”

I appreciated the location, the quiet vibe, and the spacious, comfortable room. The least appealing part was the room’s cleanliness: when I arrived the sheets were dirty, which was quite unpleasant. A more thorough cleaning check before handing over the room would be better.

“Disappointed, disgusted, overall horrible experience don’t recommend.”

We felt scared immediately, tried to call but no answer, and when we arrived a customer was already very upset with the hotel staff. The room was filled with blood, trash and filth, and we did not feel safe.

I was able to cancel the rest of my nights, which was helpful, but the non‑smoking room still had a strong smoke smell, stains on the sheets, peeling paint, and moldy bathtub grout—overall it looked worn and in need of repair.

I found the lack of a refrigerator and microwave to be a downside.

“We did not stay, we left within 5 minutes of entering the room.”

We left right after checking in because the place was filthy and disgusting; the whole property should be demolished, and there was mold covering the bathroom.
