The only thing that was clean; everything else was bad—only the bathroom was decent. I can’t even think about it. 😔 I travel every year, but this time the pousada was horrible.

The towel and sheet were torn, and the bathroom had hair in it.

The location and the silence of the place were great, and I liked everything.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and there was a TV and air conditioning. I registered my card when booking, but upon arrival they told me it wasn’t paid, so I had to pay then; they never warned me this would happen. When you give card details during booking, you assume payment is complete. Explain this beforehand to avoid confusion.
