The room, the facilities, and the landscape views were great, but the way to get there was confusing and there was no signage.

The views and the peace were the best parts of the hotel, and I had a great time that makes me want to return! I would like the breakfast variety and quality to improve; I would have preferred more regional products, homemade sweets, and preserves (cayote, strawberry, etc.) instead of the packaged industrial ones in plastic. In the bathroom I would add a shampoo and conditioner dispenser; the single‑use plastic sachets are unnecessary and uncomfortable to open. In the room I would add an electric kettle for heating water for mate and an extra trash bin besides the one in the bathroom.
