The gentleman at the counter was very nice and friendly. When I come back down to Fort Scott I will be staying here. Everything was great, and the gentleman was very helpful as well.

The price is reasonable. The lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana, and the furniture in the room was filthy; the whole building was in rough shape.
