We were made very welcome on arrival. Our room matched the photos, and breakfast, which offered plenty of choices (you pick what you want the night before and we set a time), was freshly prepared for us.

We spent four nice days in Weymouth. Jan was very nice. She set up the guesthouse lovingly and gave us two fresh bottles of water and some pastries each day. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good. We could choose from several options the night before. The breakfast selection was very tailored to English guests (e.g. Full English). A continental option would have been nice for variety.

The accommodation is outstanding, rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent and the owner is warm and welcoming. I would recommend it without hesitation.
