The room was large, with a big, comfortable bed and desks to put things on; the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was wonderful, all fresh and delicious, and the staff were great. Nothing—everything was perfect.

Absolutely nothing. Mainly the terrible reception service; I was completely outraged by the receptionist, who was extremely rude, gross, and untactful.

Cleanliness and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was far from the city center, and the mattress was very soft.
