The room and location were good, but the staff were not very helpful; it took nearly 3 hours and 4 calls, and the restaurant never answered even after I had completed and ordered room service.

The location and staff were fine, but a private party went on until 1.00am and the loud bass kept bleeding into our room, making it impossible to sleep.

The place was in a great spot with nice interiors, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was lovely. However, the bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress seemed old, the pillows were heavy and flat, and every time I shifted I heard a loud squeak and felt a spring in my back, so I didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

I was a bit let down that my room had no fridge, but the breakfast was really good.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the venue was beautiful. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room.
