What stood out most was the staff’s treatment—truly professional, friendly, attentive, and they even catered to our 6‑year‑old daughter with charm; the location was also excellent, and I truly have no complaints about the hotel.

The location was great, the room was comfortable and spotless, breakfast was solid, staff friendly and helpful, and we even had airport transfers arranged; the boat docked right at the hotel’s canal entrance heading straight to Venice airport – overall a very good stay.
