“סיוט שלא נגמר”
Nothing, we’re sorry we came to this hotel. There was an unbearable cigarette and pee smell on the toilet in the room we received; we asked to move to another room and it had mold. Also a sharp screw in the door frame was dangerous and they said they’d fix it the next day. There was a horrible buzzing in the hallway in the evening, they promised to turn it off but it didn’t; we asked to move to a different floor to avoid the buzz but that room had no shower tap. We were so disappointed and tired and just wanted to sleep, so we went back to the noisy room that rattled us several times during the night. In the morning we woke up when someone from the hotel staff tried to enter our room, and our frightened shouts stopped them.
