Residenza Arena

“Chętnie wrócimy do tego miejsca podczas kolejnego pobytu.”

We rate our stay at Residenza Arena very highly. Antonio and Christina were extremely helpful and involved at every stage of our visit. Antonio explained everything in detail using a translator and helped organize local attractions. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and kept to a high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as are the kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning in the rooms and blinds add comfort and privacy. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. Although the property is a short distance from Tropea’s center, we were especially charmed by the calm atmosphere and the authentic vibe of the place, highlighted by the morning rooster sounds and the closeness to local life. The hosts’ hospitality is top‑level, making guests feel exceptionally welcome. We wholeheartedly recommend Residenza Arena to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a warm atmosphere.

“Doskonałe miejsce”

The place was fantastic for our week in Tropea. From the host, who, speaking only Italian, explained everything with a translator, to the beautiful sea‑view room we were assigned, he offered help for tours (which can be bought on site), and at the end, when we forgot the bill, he sent it to us on a scooter while we were heading to the station. Honesty, care for guests, and their satisfaction are evident at every turn. The property itself is spotless and freshly renovated. We had a double room with a modern, clean, very aesthetic bathroom, a great hair dryer, a fridge, a desk, and the room was nice and cozy, with excellent Wi‑Fi and a large balcony with a clothes dryer. The hotel includes a washer and dryer in the price – very convenient. The location is a few hundred meters from the town center, so you can escape the bustle at night and sleep well, and still be in the center within a few minutes on foot. There is a large parking lot on site; we didn’t drive ourselves, but seeing how parking works in the town center makes this a definite advantage. This is one of the places I would definitely return to, and I can recommend it with a clear conscience. The only suggestion is that there is no nearby shop, so it would be nice to have a place to buy drinks or water on site.
