The location is perfect.
“It was adequate for our needs.”
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. We felt lucky to get a spot since most were full. The hotel sits on the seafront, making it great for families, but we were exhausted from a long overseas trip. The air‑con was noisy, likely because it was close to our room, and the price was quite steep.

The rooms are very quiet, so we were relieved there wouldn’t be street noise. They’re also very clean and the beds are comfortable. Our room was on the first floor and we didn’t get a view; we probably should have paid a bit more for a view. Other than that, everything was fine.

The king suite was comfy and the staff were very helpful. However, the fridge in the kitchen was a hazard and barely usable; the door opened the wrong way, making it hard to put food in or take it out, and it could break or hurt someone in the tight space. The staff notified us but couldn’t fix it, which is a bad decision by the owner that could affect older or larger guests.

The view was nice, but dog hair was everywhere, the dishwasher was full of dishes, there was old food in the sink drain, food was left in the cupboard, and a crack in the hallway transition strip caused my husband to cut his foot. When we mentioned it, the front desk didn’t seem to care and just removed our parking fee.
