The staff gave personalized attention and delivered breakfast right to the room on time. It was hard to locate the place, but a person waited at the entrance of the complex and was very friendly, guiding me to reception.

“I enjoyed staying there and wouldn't mind going back when visiting the city again.”

The owner was very hospitable, always smiling and making me feel like a friend. She worked hard to help with problems I ran into, especially when I couldn’t use the cashless payment system Alipay. The location is close to the airport and train station, and a taxi cost about US$3/4. The hotel was well kept and the room was clean; the bathroom had an electronic bidet. Breakfast was basic, but they could deliver it to your room at a prearranged time. The pan‑fried leek and egg dumplings were a must‑try. The hotel sits inside a gated residential complex with restaurants including McDonald’s and Starbucks outside. A medium‑size supermarket is next to McDonald’s. Remember to follow the hotel’s suggestion that comes with the reservation confirmation, otherwise you might have to walk a bit more to reach the building. It’s a good value budget hotel. It could have been better if there was a shower curtain to keep the toilet dry when taking showers.

The staff were very attentive, and the location was close to the pick‑up zone and the chairlift. The room had beautiful views from the window. Highly recommended.

“I will come back”

The hotel sits right where you need to be to catch the bus for the Tianmen cable car, which made getting up the mountain a breeze. The host was incredibly welcoming, treating us like family and offering handy tips about the area. Everything was spot‑on, so we’re already planning to come back.
